CocktailGreen.org is a website dedicated to sharing information about sustainability for cocktail bars, with an emphasis on practical tips that can be implemented by both bartenders and bar owners.
Over the past several years much attention has been paid to lowering the carbon footprint of cocktail bars, and many articles have been written, talks given, competitions launched, and awards handed out on this topic, but there hadn't been a central location to find this information as a reference for all bartenders to use and share.
We'd love your help in building out this site! Have any tips to share? Or tips that you want to see? Please let us know.
CocktailGreen is a project of Alcademics/Camper English, with contributions from the global bartending community. Initial funding for the website comes from sponsor Patrón Tequila. Read more about Patron's sponsorship and other sustainability projects here.

Camper does not claim to be an expert on sustainability for cocktail bars, he is just collating information. This website is a centralized repository for the good advice from bartenders around the world. Thank you for your help!
